Top Nigerian musicians are warming up in Calabar, Cross River State capital ahead of plans by the calabar festival to celebrate the Super Eagles victory this yuletide.Included in the bash are members of the Eaglets team, who also excelled in international competion in the outgoing year.
Organisers of the celebration wanted to use the oppurtunity to appreciate the football teams for their excellent and sterling performances in various competitions this year and to encourage them to sustain the winning spirit as the world cup draws near.
Those expected to perform include 2face, D Banj, P-Square, Davido, Chris Mba and Alpha Uturu.Others are Brig, Brown Bread, Mr. Pack, Royal Model, Enemy-Luv and R.E.N Mo.The event holds on December 30, 2013 at the U.J. Esuene stadium Calabar from 8.pm.
