WHY SEVEN(7) HOURS OF SLEEP MIGHT BE BETTER THAN MORE ORE LESS

Experts
generally recommend seven to nine hours a night for healthy adults.
Sleep scientists say new guidelines are needed to take into account an
abundance of recent research in the field and to reflect that Americans
are on average sleeping less than they did in the past.
Several
sleep studies have found that seven hours is the optimal amount of
sleep—not eight, as was long believed—when it comes to certain cognitive
and health markers, although many doctors question that conclusion.

Reggie Bush's San Diego Wedding: All the Details
Lilit Avagyan and Reggie Bush
For Reggie Bush's lavish Saturday wedding to Lilit Avagyan in San Diego, it was the bride who scored the most memorable moment at the reception.
"Lilit performed a dance for Reggie," says a source of Avagyan, a professional ballroom dancer. "It was so beautiful! Reggie had a smile on his face I can't even describe."
Clad in a Tom Ford tux, Bush, 29, was all smiles all day as he exchanged vows with Avagyan, 26, who wore a wedding gown designed by Galia Lahav. Their 14-month-old daughter, Briseis, served as the flower girl at the ceremony held at the Grand Del Mar.
Afterward, more than 250 guests – including Cheryl Burke, Stacy Keibler and Brody Jenner – witnessed the newlyweds perform their first dance to "Georgia" before enjoying live musicians performing big band tunes.
As evidenced throughout their wedding weekend, says the source, "they're so in love."

Powell and Simpson Get Doping Ban Cut
Jamaican sprinter Asafa Powell and his training partner
Sherone Simpson have had their doping bans reduced from 18 months to six
months.
Both sprinters, who has won an Olympic relay golds, are now free no
return to the track immediately, after the Court of Arbitration for
Sports (Cas) ruling.
They both tested positive for the banned stimulant oxilofrine at last year’s Jamaican national championship.
The one-time fastest man on earth and 29-year-old Simpson were given 18-month suspension by the Jamaican Anti-Doping disciplinary panel in April, which were backdated to end in December 2014.
Powell, 31, a former 100m world record holder, plans to run at a meeting in Lucerne on Tuesday.
He tweeted: Finally this weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Justice has been served. Bow let’s run.”
Powell and 2008 Olympic 100m silver medalist Simpson had argued their offence was minor as the dope test fail came from taking a contaminated version of Epiphany D1, a legal supplement.
Powell testified that physical trainer Chris Xuereb provided him with nine supplement, including Epiphany D1 in January.
His Canadian trainer Xuereb denied the claims.
Both athletes are set to miss this month’s Commonwealth Games as the Jamaican team was selected during the period of their ban
